When I log into this PC using a domain user, including the same domain user as PC 1, I cannot personalize my desktop, cannot open Windows explorer, cannot open Control Panel, pretty much nothing can be done. All works fine but there is one issue which is the domain user login outside our network or other network taking a long time (even after locking the computer) to login while local user logs in quickly. WebLogin with the local account from the unattend takes 15 minutes. When I join the PC to the domain, reboot and login with my domain creds, it takes about 30 minutes to get a usable taskbar.
