WebJackson Lake Lodge is in GTNP. Headwaters is not. It's in between GTNP and YNP and not a good base for either. Works well as you are transitioning from one to the other for one night. Stay in GTNP - at Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay, Signal Mountain Lodge or even Jenny Lake Lodge if your pocketbook can afford it (very pricey but worth it!).
