Speedtest sites give me the expected speeds of like ~900Mb/s down & ~42Mb/s up. (Clearly comcast is not throttling speedtest sites!) WebComcast isn't allowed to monitor what you are downloading and throttle, they have tried to do it in the past but they have been told they cant.
