The other hours there will be a reduced population. On planets the population varies from 200 on the starting planets where lots of free players are trying out the game and the fleets (main hub for each side) down to 25 or so on the higher level planets.

WebStill can't believe folks haven't just rerolled. If you rerolled a month ago when it was clear low pop servers weren't coming back, folks would have lvl 50s by now. So IMO a better strategy is to get a bunch of guilds together on your low pop server.
